Flagship Rehab is seeking a Full Time or Part time Speech Language Pathologist that is motivated to provide comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for residents with hearing, language, speech, and swallowing disorders. SLP responsibilities include screening, evaluating and daily treatment sessions to maximize each residents communicative and swallowing competence. Daily billing and documentation completed electronically via Net Health (formally Optima HCS). Productivity standards set at of 85% weekly.
